I do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the error is on my part, in which case you will need to email me within 24 hours with photos.
Ring Sizes
Our rings should not resized. The process to resize a ring typically includes heating the ring, which could heat the stone and compromise its integrity. It’s very important to get the most accurate US ring size possible. See a jeweler or jewelry counter to be sized. If you choose to have a jeweler try to resize your ring, it is at your own risk. It is important to note that ring sizes can vary up to a quarter size above or below, due to cold or warm weather conditions. This discrepancy is minor.
