How do I care for my jewelry?
Take care of your jewelry to extend its life! Remove jewelry before: sun bathing, washing your hands, doing dishes, working out, showering or swimming, or applying any soaps/lotions/chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place. We DO understand that it’s inconvenient to remove a ring before hand washing and dishes many times per day. If you want a piece that you can wear daily, it might be best to order a necklace or earrings for that reason. If you notice tarnish or discoloration on your jewelry (this can happen with silver and gold fill jewelry and is normal), you can use the polishing cloth we send to polish it out, or try mild soap and warm water with a toothbrush. In stubborn cases, we use a very small amount of a jewelry tarnish remover and be careful to avoid the stone. Please note that the care instructions are primarily to extend the life and integrity of the milk stone, because it is made with milk and jeweler’s resin. If you purchase solid gold jewelry, it still needs to be cared for in the same way to preserve the integrity of your keepsake stone. If care instructions aren’t followed, the customer is liable for damage to the milk stone and jewelry. If your jewelry is damaged, please email me I may be able to help.

Ring Sizes
Our rings should not resized. The process to resize a ring typically includes heating the ring, which could heat the stone and compromise its integrity. It’s very important to get the most accurate US ring size possible. See a jeweler or jewelry counter to be sized. If you choose to have a jeweler try to resize your ring, it is at your own risk. It is important to note that ring sizes can vary up to a quarter size above or below, due to cold or warm weather conditions. This discrepancy is minor.

Order Changes
If you have to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. If you would like to make a change (adding or subtracting inclusions) you must contact me within 14 days of placing your order.

Handmade
Breastmilk/inclusion stones, are created by hand, completely by me, in my home. Minor imperfections are not uncommon, they normal, and we embrace them, that is what makes your pieces truly unique and special.

Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be honored after an order has been placed.​

Because each piece is custom-made and carefully crafted, it’s super important that you take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions.
All sales are final and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t offer refunds. You do have a 24-hour window to cancel your order if needed, but please note there’s a $50 restocking fee. After that, cancellations aren’t possible since I start ordering your specific supplies right away to keep production on track. That’s why it’s super important to be confident in your design choices and ring sizes before placing your order. I recommend giving everything a final check before checking out! You have up to 6 months from your purchase date to send in your milk. If we haven’t received it by then, we’ll go ahead and send your setting without the inclusion. Since we don’t keep extra settings in stock and each one is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to hold them indefinitely.

Love, Gram is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping—this includes both orders sent from us and any client-provided milk or inclusions sent to us. Once a package is in the hands of the postal service, we unfortunately can’t control what happens in transit.

Please don’t send us the very last of your milk or keepsake inclusions. While we handle everything with care, there’s always a small risk that something could get lost in the mail—and unfortunately, that’s out of our hands. We can’t be held responsible for lost shipments, so we highly recommend keeping a backup if possible.

Products or Services
Some items or services are only available online and may be available in limited quantities. These can only be returned or exchanged based on our Refund Policy.
We do our best to show accurate product photos and colors, but screens can vary—so your item may look a little different in person.
We may limit who can buy our products or how many items someone can purchase, and we can change product details or prices at any time without notice. We can also stop offering a product at any time. Any product or service offered is void where prohibited by law.
We can’t promise that everything you buy will meet your exact expectations, and we can’t guarantee all errors will be fixed.
Sending Your Inclusions
After you place an order, you’ll receive detailed instructions by email on how to send in your milk or other keepsake items. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Email us at sales@lovegramkeepsakes.com and we’ll help you out.
Local Drop-Off If you’re in the Chenee, SC area and want to drop off locally, email us at sales@lovegramkeepsakes.com to set it up.
Leftover Milk/Inclusions We’ll keep preserved milk and extra inclusions for 1 year in case you want to order more. Cremation ash will be returned with your finished piece. Preserved milk will not be returned.

Order Cancellations You have 48 hours to cancel after placing an order. A 20% restocking fee applies. After 48 hours, cancellations aren’t possible because supplies are custom-ordered quickly. Please be sure of your design before ordering!
Order Changes Changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing sales@lovegramkeepsakes.com. Changes aren’t guaranteed, and if supplies have already been ordered, changes can’t be made. We’ll confirm if changes are possible.
Product Safety WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Our products are for adults only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. We’re not responsible for damage caused by children or pets.
Materials We use trusted, high-quality suppliers. All materials are listed in the product descriptions.
Allergy Disclaimer Our pieces are made with .925 sterling silver, rhodium plating, jeweler’s grade resin, and 14k solid gold. If you have a known allergy, consult your doctor before purchase. We’re not responsible for allergic reactions and cannot offer refunds for them.
Jewelry Care Instructions Handle your jewelry with care. Don’t wear it in water or during physical activity. Keep away from chemicals, extreme heat, and humidity. Store in a cool, dry place (not the bathroom) and keep different metals separate. Use the polishing cloth on silver or solid gold only—avoid polishing plated pieces often.
Tarnishing & Plating Plated jewelry may need re-plating over time. Solid silver and gold pieces won’t. If plating wear is a concern, choose a solid metal option. A polishing cloth and storage pouch are included. Local jewelers can re-plate your item if needed.
Product Photography We may photograph or film the items we create and use the content in our marketing or social media.
Billing & Account Info We may limit or cancel orders for any reason. Always provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment info so we can reach you if needed.
